Die EMS Log GmbH ist eine mittelständische Projektspedition mit Sitz in Bremen. Wir sind Teil von EFG Logistics, einer Gruppe internationaler Logistikfirmen mit weiteren Standorten unter anderem in Hamburg, Jyväskylä (Finnland) und Kairo (Ägypten). EMS Log organisiert anspruchsvolle Transporte für industrielle Kunden etwa im Maschinenbau und im Energiesektor. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf individueller Transportplanung, Spezialtransporten, multimodalen Lösungen und internationaler Projektlogistik.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Bremen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

Speditionskaufmann

(m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Landverkehre und Spezialtransporte.

Du hast eine Ausbildung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik abgeschlossen und bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Abwicklung von Landtransporten gemacht? Du möchtest den nächsten Schritt in deiner Karriere gehen und mehr machen als nur Standardtransporte disponieren?

Bei EMS Log wirkst du bei spannenden internationalen Projekten und Spezialtransporten mit – nicht in einer anonymen Konzernstruktur, sondern als Teil eines engagierten Teams, das Projekte gemeinsam anpackt und individuelle Lösungen entwickelt.

DEINE ROLLE

Du unterstützt unser operatives Team bei der Planung und Abwicklung von Landtransporten mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Spezial- und Projektladungen. Du unterstützt uns unter anderem mit:

  • Organisieren nationaler und internationaler Landverkehre
  • Einholen und vergleichen von Frachtraten
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Unternehmern, Partnern und Behörden
  • Organisieren von Genehmigungen, Begleitfahrzeugen und Sondertransporten
  • Erstellen und pflegen von Transportdokumenten
  • Überwachen laufender Transporte
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten im Bereich Schwerlast, Übermaß und multimodale Transporte
  • Enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Bremen, Hamburg und in unserem internationalen Netzwerk

EFG EnerLog GmbH, a Germany-headquartered company and part of the EFG Logistics, is expanding its international team. We specialize in high-quality solutions for the procurement and trade of alternative fuels, as well as innovative concepts in global waste logistics.

To support our growth in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), we are looking for a Sales Representative to help unlock new markets and build strong, long-term customer relationships – particularly within energy-intensive industries such as cement and concrete production.

your role

As our Sales Representative for the MENA region, you will:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
  • Promote our alternative fuel and waste logistics solutions
  • Support market entry strategies and expansion into new territories
  • Coordinate closely with our regional office in Cairo, Egypt, and international teams
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular reporting and insights

Your Profile

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial operations, logistics, waste processing, or cement/energy sectors
  • Basic understanding of alternative fuels, waste-derived materials, or similar production environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of quality control, material inspection, and process documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems (e.g., SAP) are an advantage
  • Strong communication and reporting skills in an international environment
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); French is a strong asset
  • Self-driven, reliable, and detail-oriented with a hands-on mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural teams
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic business and operational needs
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Residency/work permit in a MENA country (e.g., Egypt, Tunisia, Morocco, UAE, etc.)

  • MENA region (preferably based in Egypt or with strong regional ties)
